1. Digital Services
Since SarvVriddhi primarily offers digital financial services (such as money transfers, bill
payments, and recharges), the concept of "returns" does not apply to completed successful
transactions. For disputes regarding these transactions, please refer to our Refund
Policy.
2. Hardware Products
In cases where you purchase physical hardware from us (e.g., Micro ATM devices, Biometric Scanners,
POS Terminals):
- Defective on Arrival: If the device is found to be defective upon delivery, you
must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement
after verifying the defect.
- Warranty Claims: All hardware comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Issues
arising after the initial 7-day period will be handled as per the manufacturer's warranty terms
and service center policies.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective physical product:
- Contact our support team at info@sarvvriddhi.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the
defect.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging with all accessories.
Note: Products returned without authorization or in damaged condition (user-induced damage) will not
be accepted.
